Lauren Elizabeth has such an amazing podcast and is so interesting. She always has interesting guests on the podcast and talks about all things mood, mental health, wellness and self growth. She's hilarious and has a light-hearted vibe that makes her so easy and fun to listen to.
2. Unlocking Us by Brene Brown
Brene Brown is such an inspiring writer & speaker. She's the author of Braving the Wilderness and Dare to Lead and is known for her motivational words of wisdom. Brene always has the most fascinating and informative conversations that really encourage you to reflect and think about your life. Although she's paused her podcast for the time being, there are endless amazing episodes to listen to with so many special guests.

I've been listening to the Blonde Files this year and absolutely love her podcast and lifestyle content. Arielle is so honest about her past struggles and how she overcame them and it's incredibly inspiring to listen to. I found Lily Rakow's 80/20 when she was interviewed on The Wellness Cafe and knew I had to add her to my list of Wellness podcasts to listen to. Her podcast is all about habits, rituals, health and all things wellness. Her voice is so soothing and calming to listen to and I'm so inspired by her work ethic & positive outlook.

Ten percent happier is a podcast is one I've recently started listening to and love. Dan Harris talks about anxiety, relationships, mental health and wellness. He interviews so many interesting people including doctors, authors and many more. It's a very informative podcast and gives so many valuable tips on how to create joy in your life.
7. Anything Goes by Emma Chamberlain
Emma Chamberlain is so brutally honest and open which makes for such an amazing podcast. You may have heard some of her audio clips on Tik Tok - most of which are taken from her podcast. She's inspirational without trying to be anyone but herself and that's why her podcast is so real and uplifting.
