3. The Blonde Files With Arielle Lorre
I've been a long-time listener of the Blonde Files. Arielle is so down to earth, honest, and transparent when talking about mental health, and she shares a lot of her own struggles as well.
There have been so many interesting guests on her podcast and I learn so much from each episode.

7. Ten Percent Happier With Dan Harris
Ten Percent Happier with Dan Harris is a podcast that talks about all things meditation and finding ways to ease anxiety and painful patterns in our lives.
He's had notable guests on the podcast including Brene Brown to the Dalai Lama. Dan speaks from his own experience with anxiety and even wrote the bestselling book, 10% Happier.
