This post is all about journal prompts for self discovery.
Journaling is such a great practice to self-reflect and learn more about yourself. I love sitting down, putting my phone away and going through different journal prompts every week. There's something so therapeutic & calming about journaling. I wasn't always so passionate about journaling, but during the pandemic I started to use my journal more and more.
Lately, I've been using journal prompts for self discovery to help align myself with my goals, and make sure that my goals are bringing me to where I see myself in the future. I started journaling using self discovery prompts to find out more about myself and about where I see myself in the future. It can be hard to know what goals to set if you're not sure of what drives you and brings you passion. If you're looking to set goals and work on journal prompts for goal setting but need more clarity, these journal prompts will help!
Whether you're unsure of yourself, of what you want to do as a career, or aren't sure what your passions are, these journal prompts are a great way to help you get started to figuring that out. Even if you simply want to learn more about yourself, or dive into a reflective journaling session, you'll find these prompts to be helpful.

Journaling Tips
When you're working through these journal prompts, try not to spend too much time thinking and just write whatever comes to mind first. That way, you'll get the most genuine and real answers for these prompts.
Manifestations
At the end when you're writing down your manifestations, make sure to write them in present tense. If your manifestation is to be a successful content creator, your manifestation would look something like: I am a successful, fulfilled content creator who works hard to make her goals a reality. When you write your manifestations down in present tense, you practice feeling how you will once you do achieve those manifestations. You're also putting that energy and belief out into the universe.
The Best Journals For Journaling
Since using my journal nearly every day, I've found it's so important to have a good, high quality journal. Having a journal you genuinely enjoy writing in will help you stay consistent and keep you writing in it each week.
My absolute favourite type of journal for journaling is the bullet journal. I have the light pink bullet journal below and found that it was really worth the investment. I love having the space and freedom to journal with the bullets, and also add memo's & photos into my bullet journal.
Those are the best journal prompts for self discovery to help you on the journey to getting to know yourself. Do you journal? What are some things you journal prompt or want to see more of? I'd love to hear your ideas!
