1. How do you feel today?
Write down how you feel this morning. You can use a scale of 1 -10 to rate your mood, and write a few words about your emotional state this morning. This is a great way to check in on yourself and see how you've been feeling.
2. List 3 things you're grateful for
Starting the day with gratitude can help you look at the good things in your life, regardless of how you feel at the time. Having to write down what I'm grateful for when I'm in a bad mood was so hard in the beginning, but it's now my favourite morning journal prompt. Practicing gratitude will encourage you to focus on your blessings and on what's going well -even when you're not feeling it.
3. What is 1 goal you want to accomplish today?
Rather than list out an entire to do and goals list, focus on one goal you want to accomplish today. It can be anything, like taking a walk outside, meditating for 5 minutes, or finishing a certain assignment.
4. What would make today great?

Thinking about it and putting it out in the universe helps bring that thought to your consciousness. Once you're aware of what would make your day better, you can do things & make choices that
5. What is something you're proud of yourself?
Personally, I know I don't praise myself enough. It's a practice that takes getting used to, especially if you're just starting to work on encouraging yourself & being kind to yourself. Write down something you're proud of yourself for, however big or small.
6. Write down a positive affirmation for today
Write down a positive affirmation to repeat to yourself for the day. It can be an encouraging message that you want to feel for the day. An example can be: I am strong, capable, and exactly where I am meant to be. Make sure that your affirmation encourages you and inspires you to have a positive day.
